Private Functions

Need a room, hall or venue to hire for a party in the local area?

Whether you’re planning a close family celebration or a huge party for all your loved ones, Potton Club is the perfect venue.

Our main hall can be hired for private functions and we offer the services of our fully licenced bar.


General Hall Hire Information

We are unable to offer hall hire for private functions when we have live entertainment booked, see schedule here. We may be able to accommodate groups on these nights with advance notice.

For fire, insurance and liability purposes we cannot allow the use of your own sound and lighting equipment, you are welcome to use ours.

If you would like to book your own DJ or band to play on the night, we must see the public liability insurance in advance.

All booking requests require committee approval


Hire Fees

A charitable donation of £20-£50 depending on number of guests, this is to cover the sign-in fee.

A £50 security deposit is required once the booking has been approved by the committee, this is to cover the cost of any additional cleaning and refundable if not required.
